Our friends were looking for an NDIS provider for their kids, a specialist who could scale with them as they grew, but still felt like a family. They wanted high-level clinical care, but they also needed someone who understood the specific, daily reality of people with disability and their families.
What we found were companies and service providers. We could not find a partner. We saw plenty of businesses that could tick a box, but none that offered real assurance to the parents or genuine support to the whole family unit. The human side was missing.
We realised that if the service our friends needed did not exist, we had to build it.
SadieGrace was started for one reason: to stop treating disability support as a transaction. We provide the high-level expertise you expect from a large organisation, delivered with the heart of a family that cares if you had a good day.
We are not just here to provide a service. We are here to give families their breath back.
